Emulsion stability application by Entegris PSS
A combination of analytical techniques was used to investigate emulsion formulation and stability. Two surfactants, at varying concentrations, were used to create oil in water emulsions. The AccuSizer single particle optical sizing (SPOS) system was used to measure the large diameter droplet tail, an indication of emulsion stability.
