The Alpha MOS ASTREE MOS Electronic Tongue, using an array of 7 sensors specifically designed for use in the food/beverage industry, allows to rapidly detect adulterated Cognac (or other spirits) on the market place.

The ASTREE E-Tongue accurately predicts Cognac’s authenticity: representation of the data by Principal Components Analysis (PCA) and prediction using a Discriminant Factorial Analysis (DFA) model provide an objective measurement. Results can be obtained quickly and easily, providing the option of testing a large number of samples.
