ISOLUTE SLE+ supported liquid extraction plates and columns offer an efficient alternative to traditional liquid-liquid extraction (LLE) for bioanalytical sample preparation, providing high analyte recoveries, no emulsion formationa and significantly reduced sample preparation time.
The method in this application describes the use of ISOLUTE SLE+ in 96 well plate format for the extraction of a range of amphetamines. This procedure is effective with sample volumes of 100 uL for analyte recoveries > 90%.
