As a general rule, technical support services are available for all instruments sold by Norlab. Our experienced, factory-trained, technical support staff offers a complete line of service products, including installation and start-up services, training courses, validation services, repairs, and preventive maintenance agreements.

Please have the following information ready when you call technical support

  • Instrument type and manufacturer
  • Instrument model information
  • Instrument serial number
  • Firmware version (instrument issue)
  • Software version (software issue)
  • Full description of the problem (including any error messages)
