The Gilson Pipetmax, a small, personal liquid handling system, performs all liquid handling steps for the BRCA MASTR Dx kit to create and purify libraries for next generation sequencing (NGS). The results show that using Pipetmax achieves consistent and reproducible results for the amplification, pooling, and cleanup of samples.
