This application note describes the extraction of 25 illicit and prescribed drugs from hydrolyzed urine using the Biotage ISOLUTE HYDRO DME+ dual mode extraction plates prior to UPLC-MS-MS analysis.

ISOLUTE HYDRO DME+ products provide extremely efficient removal of matrix components and hydrolysis enzyme from urine samples, using a simple pass through workflow.
