This guide describes how to develop supported liquid extraction methods using ISOLUTE SLE+ products, along with hints and tips for optimizing performance and extending the range of analytes that can be extracted.
ISOLUTE SLE+ plates and columns contain a modified form of diatomaceous earth, and are used for the extraction of a diverse range of analytes from aqueous samples such as biological fluids, using a simple load-wait-elute procedure. Various formats, both well plates and columns are available for the extraction of aqueous sample volumes ranging from 10 μL to 10 mL.
