Study of temperature stability, fragmentation and aggregation of recombinant antibodies with asymmetrical flow FFF and UV
In this study, Postnova investigated the influence of temperature on the stability, fragmentation and aggregation of recombinant antibodies. Thereby, they could clearly demonstrate the excellent applicability of AF4 coupled with UV as a monitoring tool for temperature-induced antibody decomposition revealing that the antibody itself is rather decomposed to fragments than to aggregates.

Analysis of fullerene clusters using asymmetrical flow FFF hyphenated with an Orbitrap high resolution with an APPI mass spectrometer
This note shows that it is possible to couple flow FFF online to an Orbitrap HRMS with an APPI chamber. This setup facilitates the identification of fullerene clusters in aqueous matrices directly after separation of the particles with asymmetrical flow FFF.

Capabilities of asymmetrical flow field-flow fractionation coupled with MALS for the detection of carbon nanotubes in soot and soil
Postnova evaluates a shape factor ρ, derived from AF4-MALS measurements, for its capabilities to detect MWCNTs in soot and soil.

Asymmetric flow FFF, analytical ultracentrifugation and size exclusion chromatography monoclonal antibody aggregate quantification
AF4 is a separation technique using an unpacked separation channel instead of a packed column. Lack of a stationary phase provides unique advantages, which are: no shear forces, matrix interaction-free sample separation, fast separation times and great flexibility with respect to the choice of solvent.

Postnova high temperature asymmetric flow field-flow fractionation AF2000 MultiFlow system
Because of several integrated patents, the Postnova AF2000 series platform is the most advanced AF4 technology available on the market today, making it the benchmark for the industry and delivering the maximum performance possible.

Postnova Shortix tubing cutter for fused silica capillary
The Shortix is an easy and fast to use tubing cutter for fused silica cappilary, saving money and time.

Separation range of Postnova TF2000-MALS
This technical note shows the lower limit and the general separation range of the TF2000-MALS.

Protein-bacterial polysaccharide conjugates using AF4 - UV/Vis
Symmetric Flow FFF is the premier technique for the analysis of complex and/or sticky macromolecules such as polysaccharides, proteins and aggregates, which cannot be characterized by conventional chromatographic methods.

Perfluorocarbon emulsions/blood substitutes application using SF3-UV
Sedimentation FFF (Postnova S101 series), is ideally suited for separation and characterization of biological samples such as blood cells, emulsions and drug delivery vehicles.

RNA mixture and crude RNA application using AF4-UV/Vis
This application note shows a separation and characterization of RNA mixture with AF4 coupled to UV.
